At Groove & Glide, we believe dancing is a universal language. Born in the heart of London in 2018, our journey began with a few passionate dancers in a local studio. Today, we host vibrant R&B line dancing sessions across London, Nottingham, and Birmingham, uniting people through movement and music.

To spread joy, wellness, and community through the soul of R&B and the energy of dance. We aim to make dance accessible, fun, and a celebration of culture for all ages.
Why We Dance
Dance is more than steps. It's about expressing yourself, finding your rhythm, and sharing moments with others. Our line dancing sessions are a safe, inclusive space where everyone — from beginners to pros — can groove together.
Our Growth
- 2018: Launched in London
- 2020: Expanded to Nottingham
- 2022: Opened our Birmingham chapter
- 2024: Hosted our first virtual dance bootcamp with 500+ global attendees
